Refund policy

We handle returns on a case by case basis. In the event of items arriving damaged, or not as described, please reach out to use directly. We do not issue refund for improper fit or sizing, unless measurements differ from what is provided in the item's description. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Include your order number, and what the issue with your item(s) are. Feel free to include any photos or information you see fit!

We are able to provide return shipping for a fee. 

We will handle returns on a case by case basis after receiving your email. Please reach out as soon as you notice any issues, we will only move forward with a return within 7 days of the delivery of your items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that vintage items sometimes have small flaws, we will note anything major and do not list items we don't deem "ready to wear".

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a digital gift card, which you will receive to the email or phone number associated with your return.
