After we have talked about the issue, we can decide on where to go from there. In order for us to process a return, we ask that you return the item(s) unworn and in the condition they were delivered. Ship them back to us in this format;

We do not provide return shipping , if you need assistance with return shipping, the cost is deducted from your refund total. You may also purchase your own return shipping. Heck Yes Vintage reserves the right to handle returns on a case by case basis after receiving your email.

Please reach out as soon as you notice any issues, we will only move forward with a return within 7 days of the delivery of your items. 

Any returns made without first contacting support will not be accepted, and will be returned to sender
